The Ten Commitments for Excellence

The Ten Commitments for Excellence state the commitment all employees are asked to adhere to while employed with Ambiance Hair Salon. These are the practices we believe will help us succeed in providing maximum client service, business and personal growth and success. All employees should be familiar with and adhere to the following Ten Commitments for Excellence:

We believe that each team member is also a salesperson and the salon growth is dependent on sales. Selling is a vital prerequisite to client satisfaction and each team member needs to share in the responsibility.
